Hello! I’m Ellie Fisher! I’m a student pilot based in Minnesota, and while I love exploring the open skies above us, my heart has always been set on exploring the world around us. Growing up, I was incredibly lucky to have a family that prioritized travel, exposing me to diverse cultures and beautiful places. These experiences sparked a core belief in me: that our purpose, as humans, is to see, to explore, and to truly experience the vast beauty and wonder our planet holds! This is where my passion truly shines! Starting with our initial online consultation, I take the time to understand your travel style, priorities, and vision. Then, I research and meticulously design a personalized, detailed itinerary just for you. This can be anywhere from key recommendations, to a fully timed-out plan including all bookings, activities, transportation, and reservations. After my proposal, I’ll make any desired tweaks, and then curate a well-organized document including any applicable information. For the in-depth research, personalization, and extensive coordination involved in crafting these unique itineraries, a transparent daily planning fee applies. This fee varies based on the extensiveness of your itinerary. Inital $100 flat fee is required for custom planning.

The Essentials: This category offers a flexible, thought-out layout of must-dos and must-sees. There are no time constraints or pre-booked activities. It allows you to adjust your days based on how you feel and self-book activities. $20/ trip day.

The Experience: This category includes pre-booked tickets for the must-dos and must-sees, along with some “off the beaten path” experiences. You’ll know what to see and when, but you’ll have flexibility in planning transportation between them and the in-between time. With this package, you will receive a comprehensive document including times, links, tickets, and anything else you may need to be fully prepared for your trip! $35/ trip day.

The Signature: This category is fully optimized. It includes pre-booked tickets for the must-dos and must-sees, along with some “off the beaten path” experiences. Transportation and desired reservations are booked. Detailed logistics are clearly laid out maximizing efficiency and minimizing travel friction. This makes for an utterly stress-free experience. With this package, you will receive a comprehensive document including times, links, tickets, and anything else you may need to be fully prepared for your seamless trip! $45/ trip day

Once I receive your form, I’ll review your information and reach out to you directly to schedule our initial online consultation. This first chat allows us to dive deeper into your travel wishes and ensure we’re aligned moving forward!

How do I pay for my trip and your services?

For most of your trip components, I’ll handle the booking process directly with our trusted suppliers. You’ll typically pay through a credit card authorization form provided by me. This credit card authorization form will also apply towards any previously agreed upon planning fees (if applicable). This ensures your payment information is handled securely and directly.

Will I still earn miles or points when I book through you?

Absolutely, yes! When you book with me, you still earn all eligible miles, points, and loyalty benefits from airlines, hotels, and credit cards just as you would if you booked directly. Your loyalty program numbers will be applied to all your reservations.

How long does it take you to make an itinerary?

Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the itinerary and how far in advance we are planning. Generally, after our initial consultation, you can expect the first proposal for a custom itinerary within 2-4 weeks. Depending on the desired level of planning and complexity, I dedicate roughly 3 hours of research on the destination, plus between 1-5 hours of planning per trip day to ensure every detail is perfectly crafted for you. From there, with any adjustments and final bookings, the entire planning process can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for comprehensive trips. Simpler arrangements or quicker getaways might be finalized sooner. I always aim to work efficiently to ensure your trip is as smooth and exceptional as possible!

How far in advance should I book my trip?

While it varies by destination and travel style, I generally recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for popular destinations, peak seasons, or if you have specific dates in mind. For major international trips, 9-12 months is ideal. For domestic or simpler trips, 3-6 months usually works well. Booking early often secures better prices and more availability, but I’m always happy to discuss options for last-minute adventures too!

What happens if I need to change or cancel my trip?

I’ll handle all the communications with airlines, hotels, etc. on your behalf, navigating their policies and doing my best to minimize any fees or penalties.
