Hello! I’m Ellie Fisher! I’m a student pilot based in Minnesota, and while I love exploring the open skies above us, my heart has always been set on exploring the world around us. Growing up, I was incredibly lucky to have a family that prioritized travel, exposing me to diverse cultures and beautiful places. How do I pay for my trip and your services?

For most of your trip components, I’ll handle the booking process directly with our trusted suppliers. You’ll typically pay through a credit card authorization form provided by me. This credit card authorization form will also apply towards any previously agreed upon planning fees (if applicable). This ensures your payment information is handled securely and directly.

Will I still earn miles or points when I book through you?

Absolutely, yes! When you book with me, you still earn all eligible miles, points, and loyalty benefits from airlines, hotels, and credit cards just as you would if you booked directly. Your loyalty program numbers will be applied to all your reservations.

How long does it take you to make an itinerary?

Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the itinerary and how far in advance we are planning. Generally, after our initial consultation, you can expect the first proposal for a custom itinerary within 2-4 weeks. Depending on the desired level of planning and complexity, I dedicate roughly 3 hours of research on the destination, plus between 1-5 hours of planning per trip day to ensure every detail is perfectly crafted for you. From there, with any adjustments and final bookings, the entire planning process can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for comprehensive trips. Simpler arrangements or quicker getaways might be finalized sooner. I always aim to work efficiently to ensure your trip is as smooth and exceptional as possible!

How far in advance should I book my trip?

While it varies by destination and travel style, I generally recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for popular destinations, peak seasons, or if you have specific dates in mind. For major international trips, 9-12 months is ideal. For domestic or simpler trips, 3-6 months usually works well.
